GENERAL CONDITIONS

Vidić Nautika j.d.o.o, hereinafter referred to as Vidić Nautika, markets and sells Accommodation Services according to the published information, description, schedule and valid price list, and in accordance with the confirmed reservation/concluded contract, in its own name and for its own account. An agency or a tour operator can appear as the customer of the service for the end user, and the provisions of the general terms and conditions apply to them as intermediaries. By sending a reservation inquiry, you confirm that you are in agreement with the General Terms and Conditions of Vidić Nautika, and the same becomes a legal obligation. When providing services, Vidić Nautika applies the rules prescribed by house rules, hotel and hospitality regulations, and in accordance with the valid positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

  • A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation or payment to the IBAN account of Vidić Nautika.

  • Check-in at the facility is possible after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

  • If you want to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Reservation Cancellation Terms.

SERVICE PRICES

The valid price of the service is specified in the offer obtained through the email. Contracted services cannot be combined with other promotional offers or packages, unless otherwise agreed. In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved services, regular prices will be charged. Refunds are not possible for unused services. All types of special services that are not included in the price are paid for by the guest and must be ordered when making the reservation or upon request on the spot. Note: Vidić Nautika is not included in the VAT system, and the prices shown do not include VAT.

CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT

The accommodation facilities and services offered are described according to the official categorization of the Republic of Croatia. Vidić Nautika does not assume responsibility for mount-to-mouth or written information that is not in accordance with the description of the services and the facility itself in the published programs, and which was obtained by a third party. Vidić Nautika is not responsible in case of incorrect data provided by business partners.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation in the facility is not possible before 3 p.m. on the day the service begins, and it must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day the service ends. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be announced in advance, otherwise Vidić Nautika does not guarantee the possibility of performing the service, unless otherwise indicated.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE GUEST

The conditions for canceling a reservation depend on the part of the year, the accommodation facility or active offers, and the guest can always view them on their offer/reservation confirmation

COMPLAINTS

The guest has the right to complain due to unfulfilled contracted service or dissatisfaction. The guest is obliged to submit a written complaint to Vidić Nautika within 8 days of the end of the stay. Objections filed after the expiration of the 8-day period will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the interest of the guest to act in good faith and express his will to resolve the complaint during the trip, and send his written complaint to the service provider on the spot or via e-mail firstodisej@gmail.com.hr and request a written confirmation from the service provider that he has received the complaint. Each guest - contract holder submits a complaint separately. Vidić Nautika will not consider group complaints. The Vidić Nautika is obliged to issue a written solution to the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint, in the manner in which the complaint was received (by email, mail or personal delivery, which will be answered by a written shipment with a return receipt). Vidić Nautika will handle only those complaints for which the guest provides proof that he sent a written complaint to the service provider on the spot and that the cause could not be eliminated on the spot. If, due to Vidić Nautika fault, part of the services were not fulfilled, the guest has the right to compensation in the amount of the actual value of the unused services and cannot cover already used services as well as the entire amount of the reservation. In the event of a dispute related to the contract on online sales and online services, the consumer can file a complaint, or initiate a procedure for online dispute resolution through the online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Until the Vidić Nautika decides on the guest's complaint, the guest renounces mediation by any other person, judicial institution or providing information to the media.

ORDERING

The customer orders accommodation services via e-mail, message or telephone. Any person who orders at least one service, i.e. makes a reservation, fills in the required information and confirms the offer/reservation is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in EURO

PAYMENT

The ordered products or services are paid for online by card, to the transaction account specified in the offer or on the spot in cash. For payment by credit cards, it is possible to use the following cards: Mastercard, Maestro and Visa credit or debit cards.

 


* * * * CREDIT CARD PURCHASE SECURITY STATEMENT

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

Vidić Nautika reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will be applied to the use of www.gulet-prviodisej.com pages. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. The services provided by the www.gulet-prviodisej.com website do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. Vidić Nautika is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise. Although Vidić Nautika strives to provide you with the best possible service offer, Vidić Nautika cannot guarantee that the services on www.gulet-prviodisej.com will meet your needs. Vidić Nautika also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job. OPĆI UVJETI

Vidić Nautika j.d.o.o, u daljnjem tekstu Vidić Nautika plasira i prodaje Smještajne usluge prema objavljenim informacijama, opisu, terminu i važećem cjeniku, a sukladno potvrđenoj rezervaciji/sklopljenom ugovoru, u svoje ime i za svoj račun. Kao naručitelj usluge za krajnjeg korisnika može se pojaviti agencija ili turoperator te se odredbe općih uvjeta primjenjuju i na njih kao posrednike. Slanjem upita za rezervaciju potvrđujete da ste sporazumni s Općim uvjetima poslovanja Vidić Nautika te isto postaje pravna obveza. Prilikom pružanja usluga Vidić Nautika primjenjuje pravila propisana kućnim redom, hotelijerskim i ugostiteljskim uzancama, a u skladu s važećim pozitivnim zakonskim propisima Republike Hrvatske.

  • Važeća kreditna kartica je potrebna kao garancija Vaše rezervacije ili uplata na žiro račun Vidić Nautike.

  • Prijava u objekt, moguća je nakon 15:00 h, na dan dolaska.

  • Odjava iz objekta se mora obaviti do 10:00 h, na dan odlaska.

  • Želite li promijeniti ili otkazati napravljenu rezervaciju, izmjene možete napraviti online, u skladu s Uvjetima otkaza rezervacije.

CIJENE USLUGE

Važeća cijena usluge navedena je u ponudi dobivenoj putem emaila. Ugovorene usluge ne mogu se kombinirati s ostalim promotivnim ponudama ili paketima, osim ako nije drugačije dogovoreno. U slučaju bilo kakvih izmjena ili odstupanja od rezerviranih usluga biti će obračunate redovne cijene. Za usluge koje nisu iskorištene povrat sredstva nije moguć. Sve vrste posebnih usluga koje nisu uključene u cijenu gost sam plaća i dužan ih je naručiti prilikom izvršenja rezervacije ili na upit na licu mjesta. Napomena: Vidić Nautika nije u sustavu PDV-a, te izražene cijene ne uključuju PDV.

KATEGORIZACIJA I OPIS OBJEKTA

Ponuđeni smještajni kapaciteti i usluge opisani su prema službenoj kategorizaciji Republike Hrvatske. Vidić Nautia ne preuzima odgovornost za usmenu ili pismenu informaciju koja nije u skladu s opisom usluga i samog objekta u objavljenim programima, a koja je dobivena od strane treće osobe. Vidić Nautika ne odgovara u slučaju netočnih podataka od strane poslovnih partnera.

SMJEŠTAJ

Smještaj u objektu nije moguć prije 15 sati na dan početka korištenja usluge, a isti se mora napustiti do 10 sati na dan završetka korištenja usluga. Dolaske iza 20 sati nužno je najaviti unaprijed, u protivnom Vidić Nautika ne garantira mogućnost izvršenja usluge, osim ako nije drugačije naznačeno.

UVJETI OTKAZIVANJA REZERVACIJE OD STRANE GOSTA

Uvjeti otkazivanja rezervacije ovise o dijelu godine, smještajnom objektu ili aktivnim ponudama, a iste gost uvijek može pogledati na svojoj ponudi/potvrdi rezervacije

REKLAMACIJE I PRIGOVORI

Gost ima pravo prigovora zbog neispunjene ugovorene usluge ili nezadovoljstva. Gost je dužan uložiti pismeni prigovor Vidić Nautici, i to u roku od 8 dana od dana završetka boravka. Prigovori uloženi nakon isteka roka od 8 dana neće se uzeti u razmatranje. Naglašavamo da je u interesu gosta da nastupa u dobroj namjeri i iskaže volju za rješavanjem prigovora u tijeku putovanja te svoj pismeni prigovor uputi davatelju usluge na licu mjesta ili putem e-maila firstodisej@gmail.com te od davatelja usluga zatraži pismenu potvrdu da je zaprimio prigovor. Svaki gost - nositelj ugovora prigovor podnosi zasebno. Vidić Nautika neće uzeti u razmatranje grupne prigovore. Vidić Nautika je dužan donijeti pismeno rješenje na prigovor u roku od 15 dana po primitku prigovora i to na način na koji je prigovor zaprimljen (emailom, poštom ili osobnom dostavom na koju će biti odgovoreno pismenom pošiljkom s povratnicom). Vidić Nautika će rješavati samo one prigovore za koje gost dostavi dokaz da je uputio pismeni prigovor davatelju usluge na licu mjesta i da se uzrok nije mogao otkloniti na licu mjesta. Ukoliko je zbog krivnje Vidić Nautika došlo do neispunjavanja dijela usluga, gost ima pravo na naknadu u visini stvarne vrijednosti neiskorištenih usluga i ne može obuhvatiti već iskorištene usluge kao ni cjelokupni iznos rezervacije. U slučaju spora koji se odnosi na ugovor o online prodaji i online uslugama, potrošač može podnijeti pritužbu, odnosno pokrenuti postupak za online rješavanje sporova putem platforme za online rješavanje sporova dostupne na sljedećem linku: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dok Vidić Nautika ne odluči o prigovoru gosta, gost se odriče posredovanja bilo koje druge osobe, sudske ustanove ili davanja informacija u medije.

NARUČIVANJE

Kupac naručuje smještajne usluge putem e-maila, poruke ili telefonski. Kupcem se smatra svaka osoba koja naruči barem jednu uslugu, odnosno izvrši rezervaciju, te popuni tražene podatke i potvrdi ponudu/rezervaciju. Sve cijene izražene su u EUR.

PLAĆANJE

Naručeni proizvodi ili usluge plaćaju se online karticom, na transakcijski račun naveden na ponudi ili na licu mjesta u gotovini. Za plaćanje kreditnim karticama moguće je koristiti kartice: Mastercard, Maestro i Visa kreditne ili debitne kartice.

 

 


* * * * SIGURNOST PLAĆANJA KREDITNIM KARTICAMA

Tajnost Vaših podataka je zaštićena i osigurana uporabom SSL enkripcije. Stranice za naplatu putem interneta osigurane su korištenjem Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protokola sa 128-bitnom enkripcijom podataka. SSL enkripcija je postupak šifriranja podataka radi sprječavanja neovlaštenog pristupa prilikom njihovog prijenosa. Time je omogućen siguran prijenos informacija te onemogućen nedozvoljen pristup podacima prilikom komunikacije između korisnikovog računala i WebPay servisa, te obratno. WebPay servis i financijske ustanove razmjenjuju podatke uporabom virtualne privatne mreže (VPN), koja je zaštićena od neautoriziranog pristupa. Monri Payment Gateway je certificiran prema PCI DSS Level 1 sigurnosnom standardu propisanom Visa i Mastercard pravilima. Trgovac ne pohranjuje brojeve kreditnih kartica i brojevi nisu dostupni neovlaštenim osobama.

OPĆENITO

Vidić Nautika zadržava pravo na izmjenu ovih uvjeta i pravila. Sve promjene primijenit će se na korištenje www.gulet-prviodisej.com stranica. Kupac snosi odgovornost za točnost i potpunost unesenih podataka prilikom kupovine. Usluge koje Vam pruža www. www.gulet-prviodisej.com Internet stranica ne uključuje troškove koje snosite koristeći računalnu opremu i usluge za pristup našim stranicama. Vidić Nautika nije odgovoran za troškove telefona, Internet prometa ili bilo koje druge troškove do kojih može doći. Iako Vam Vidić Nautika nastoji dati najbolju moguću ponudu usluga, Vidić Nautika ne može garantirati da će usluge na www.gulet-prviodisej.com odgovarati Vašim potrebama.
